Yoga with the body in mind
I love to deliver fun, gentle, inclusive classes that work with your own unique body. Where possible I like to include music in my practise as a way of enhancing the yoga experience. I hope to share my passion for yoga as a means for nurturing yourself in whatever unique way you may need it to be. Yoga really can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your health and well-being. It really is a wonderful way to find peace and connect with your inner world.
